How does the Private Label Hosting work?
By signing up as a Private Label Hosting reseller, you will be given a master account and access to the Web Host Manager (WHM) software. Using the WHM, you can segment your own master account into smaller hosting accounts to be resold to your clients.

How many Web sites can I host with one master account?
You can host/segment unlimited sites/hosting accounts with any of our "Private Label Hosting" plans.

Can I host accounts with different storage sizes and features?
Certainly. In fact, this is exactly what you should do to maximize your profit. For instance, if you know that your client can use no more than 10MB storage, you should setup a 10MB account for them instead of a 200MB account. The same goes for bandwidth, POP email accounts, FTP accounts and etc.

Who should sign-up the Private Label Hosting?
HostCONCEPT's Private Label Hosting is for anyone who manages multiple Web sites and requires hosting solutions that can be customized to their specific needs, without having to worry about setting up, administering and maintaining a dedicated server that incurs very high cost.

How do I bill my customers?
As you are responsible for billing your own customers, it is entirely up to you on whether you prefer to accept payments by credit cards, checks, money orders etc. The quickest and easiest way to accept online credit card payments is to open an account with third-party payment processors like PayPal or Worldpay. Alternatively, if you have a merchant account, you might want to look for payment gateway services provided by companies like Verisign or Authorize.net.

Who will support my customers?
HostCONCEPT Private Label Hosting resellers are responsible in supporting their own customers directly. However, if you encounter an issue that you cannot resolve, you can always fall back on our technical expertise.

Do my customers have access to a control panel?
Absolutely. The hosting accounts you segment for your customers will all have access to an anonymous-version of our control panel without no mention of our company name. You will also be able to brand the control panel with your own corporate logo.

Do you have a user manual that I can use to help my customers?
Your customers will have access to our standard user manual through their own control panel. The user manual is anonymous and constantly changes to reflect the upgrade features we add to our servers.

Will my customers know that I am a Private Label Hosting reseller?
No. Your customers will have no way in knowing that you are a HostCONCEPT Private Label Hosting reseller if you add a private SSL certificate to your PRI account. Even without one, your customers will still have a very hard time tracking and identifying you as our reseller.

What if they run a traceroute - can they tell?
No. HostCONCEPT will not show up in any traceroute that your customers run. The only identifying factor that will show up is that of our upstream provider, and since you could have purchased connectivity through them, your customers will not know that you are reselling with us. In fact, if they determine your IP address and run a reverse lookup on it, your domain name will show up as being assigned to that IP address.

How much Internet and/or Unix experience do I need to be a PLH reseller?
To provide a quality service to your clients, you will need to be familiar with the tasks involved in publishing and operating an Internet site. If you are familiar with FTP, HTML and perhaps other Internet technologies (such as SSL, POP, Telnet, Unix/Linux etc) then you should not have too much trouble, and we will be happy to provide technical support while you learn the ropes.

How is your billing handled? What is your billing cycle?
We will bill you directly for all monies due for your own account(s). You will then be responsible for getting payments from your own customers. You are free to charge your customers any price which you think the market will bear.

You can always view your monthly statements online through our Billing Manager. We will also email you with a statement whenever a charge is processed.

The only and most important thing you need to do is ensure your credit card on file is valid and updated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express, Diners and JCB credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Do I have to arrange the transfer of domain names?
We will provide you with the necessary name server information for you to arrange the transfer of you and your customers' domains. If you have your own personal DNS servers set up, you may want to use them instead.

How many resellers are currently working with HostCONCEPT?
We currently have over 3,000 resellers of Hosting Reseller Program and Private Label Hosting in over 80 countries.

How fast are my accounts set up?
Once we have your master account activated in within 24 hours, you can add new accounts instantly using the WHM software we provide you. You can also delete, upgrade and downgrade existing accounts at any time. Simply put, just think of your master account as your own dedicated server.

How do I become a Private Label Hosting reseller?
